fantastic shot, the sharpness is good, contrast is good, colour and saturation is good and IMHO the water actually works well. Once again fantastic shot Robert, very well done.

Thanks all! I wonder if different monitor calibrations are the reason for different opinions on colours/saturation?

Sure. I agree with that. I use Imac, and I think I see colors in a very right way. Cheers

I love the sharpness of the rocks & leaves contrasted against the smoothness of the water. Great shot! It does draw my eyes upward, I'd almost wanna see more of the trees above this river...but I love it!

I disagree with the very first crit. I do not think the saturation is to much, it is right on. Perfect use of shutter speed. Very excellent image. Nice job

this is life, Sean. Not all people think in the same way. Probably different monitors are giving this differences. I use imac. Cheers

Hi Robert. I love the smoothness you've captured in the rushing water. The composition is good also. As far as this being over saturated, I think not. Isn't fall about natures color saturation. I think you've captured it quite well.

Nice water effect with the slow shutter speed. However for some reason this image looks quite busy to me, I wonder it its the leaves on the right hand rock - it takes away from the tranquilness of the image. Good effort though.

pretty nice composition, but I find colours a bit saturated in red, and a bit washed in greens, that makes me feel unconfortable looking the scene. IMHO, you must try to re-process the image. Thanks for sharing and cheers
