Nicely composed macro capture with good color. The sharpness needs to be increased. A tripod is good to use for sharp pictures. Also, by increasing the depth of field (area of focus) with a smaller aperture such as f16 or f22, the subject could be defined better. A smaller shutter speed than 1/250 sec. would permit a smaller f stop. If necessary, increase the ISO to get the best exposure. I like the background wich is non-distracting. Best regards, Allen

Thanks Allen for your critic. One question, if I use a smaller aperture, don't you think I will loose the background diffused effect?, I ask because in that case the back was to close to de object. Nevertheless I will practice based on your advice. Thanks again

this will not happen as ur background will always be in a different perspective/angle nd ur point of focus will still be on the flower...but u will have more parallel flowers nd objects in focus so u will need to work carefully towards framing ur subject...

nice try. But the picture seems out of focus. the point of focus is not on the bud... a tad more DOF would've helped the photo. try shifting the point of focus and alsoa better crop. thanx for sharing. Cheers!
