The frost on the maple leaf looks nice here, since it helps define some of the major veins on the leaf and really gives it some neat texture. That being said, I think that the interest of the maple leaf is lessened by the other leaves around it, which are a bit distracting and don't look nearly as nice. I don't mind the grass being in focus though, it's a little distracting but it has some neat patterns that I find interesting.
